A big thanks to Mint reader Patrick Broadgate, who sent me a link to these wedding invitations by Effektive. It had been a while since I poked through Effektive’s portfolio, and if you haven’t been there recently it’s definitely worth a trip. Tons of inspiration!

Description of the invitations from the Effektive website:

“White foil blocked text on to Dutch greyboard with a photograph image of Narrabeen boardwalk (Where they were actually married) attached to one side and wrapping around to the reverse. Their names and the date were manipulated onto the boards in the image in a weathered painted style and all text on the reverse was foil blocked in white.”

    i love how modern and simple these are, and very contemporary. such a beautiful photo and special since that’s where they were getting married!
