Johnny Por Taing is a talented designer working in NYC. The two pieces that most caught my eye in his portfolio are the monogram for the Mercer holiday card (where I love the distressed, vintage-inspired flourishes against that bold lavender M) and the label for Andre Balazs Reserve Wine (where I love the typography and that striped frame).

Gorgeous!

  2. oh my god just gorgeous. I love that border!! And you’re so right I love the soft distressed look against the bold almost masculine looking M! So pretty.

  3. Johnny por taing work is so well thought out and gorgeous. To me, it isn’t about being distressed or vintage or pretty, its about the intelligence and integrity he puts into his design bringing to another level all together.
