NSS recap: The Great Lakes
The Great Lakes is another fun company I hadn’t heard of before the show. Designer Rose Lazar is “influenced by Fleetwood Mac, Charley Harper, Rob Ryan, Louise Bourgeois, 50 cent, The Shakers, campfires, Simon and Garfunkel, Tina Fey, massive amounts of candy, nature and nurture (equally), Ms. Josephine, sweet romance and good ole fashioned nostalgia.” All her work is hand drawn, and you can find lots more in her shop.
