This week I’m not focusing on a particular recipe, but rather a particular foodie/photographer, Katie Quinn Davies. I’ve featured her on Mint before, but truly… this woman amazes me. I hope she’s secretly working on a cookbook. Talk about talent—will you look at those beets?!

    Oh, I totally agree! I adore Katie’s work. Everything she does looks, and for sure tastes, gorgeous. A cookbook by her would be amazing.
