this week’s recipe: earl grey bread & butter pudding

December 7th, 2010 · 4 Comments

Bread pudding seems to be one of those divisive dishes, but to me it’s always comforting and delicious. Now that I’ve found this Earl Grey Bread & Butter Pudding recipe on the beautiful blog Fisher and Paykel: Our Kitchen, I know it’s an easy dessert to make, too. And I’m intrigued by the idea of using tea in cooking!

  4. If you’re interested in earl grey/tea in cooking, might I suggest Real Simple’s recipe for earl grey tea cookies? they are incredible – http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/browse-all-recipes/earl-grey-tea-cookies-10000001046907/index.html

i recommend using melted butter instead of room temperature for added cushy-ness…
