Where’s Walrus is a wordless picture book written and illustrated by Stephen Savage, an acclaimed illustrator who lives in Brooklyn with his wife and daughter. (You may know Stephen’s work from the bestseller Polar Bear Night).
Where’s Walrus follows an adventurous walrus who becomes bored with life at the zoo. With the zookeeper in hot pursuit, Walrus cleverly tries on all sorts of hats to disguise himself.
Scholastic has generously offered to give two Mint readers a copy of Where’s Walrus in addition to a framed lithograph poster of one of the book’s illustrations! All you have to do is leave a comment (up to 4, see rules below!) on this post by Wednesday, February 23rd at midnight (EST) and I’ll randomly pick two winners on Thursday.
