this week’s recipe: blue cheese and rosemary cookies
A friend recently brought my husband the most delicious Blue Cheese & Rosemary cookies from South Durham Confection Company, which pair beautifully with hoppy pale ales and rich imperial stouts, in case you were wondering.
I could have easily downed the whole bag in one sitting, but I refrained… because these things have to be savored. One at a time, slowly. While I wholeheartedly suggest you buy the real thing, I was able to find a recipe on The Food Network (and a beautiful photo from The Gift of Goodness, above).

May 9, 2011 at 2:36 pmJust got my cookies in the mail- and they were well worth the wait! Not too sweet. Could be a dessert or alongside a nice salad with a glass of wine.
