this week’s recipe: ceviche & the cuke

May 4th, 2011 · 4 Comments

I’m all off-kilter this week, so yesterday’s Recipe is today instead! Inspired by all the seafood and mojitos we consumed in Puerto Rico, I thought I’d try to bring a bit of our vacation home by trying out these two recipes from the beautiful, new-to-me food blog Joylicious. Up top, Grilled Red Fish and Shrimp Ceviche, and below a twist on our mojitos with The Cuke. Photos by Joylicious.

Above, a detail of “Cling,” made with binder clips and “Antistatic,” made with acrylic tubes.
