this week’s recipe: fresh mint & pea pasta alla carbonara

We’ve been eating a lot of pasta in our house. Along with a small salad and a simple homemade sauce, it’s the perfect quick-and-easy meal these days. Honest Fare’s Fresh Mint & Pea Pasta alla Carbonara looks like the ultimate spring-time dish, so I’ll be bringing this recipe with me to the grocery store next week!

have you tried it? we had it for dinner last night and it was delicious. i went easy on the red pepper flakes though, and only a few leaves of mint in each bowl was enough for us. thanks for the recipe!

oh yum – that looks delish! I was getting tired of grilling – too excited for the warmer weather :) this is the perfect switch up!
