in the studio: introducing hello tenfold + paperless post!

September 28th, 2011 · 6 Comments

This is a project I’m so excited about — a collaboration with online stationer Paperless Post! The thing I love about Paperless Post is they believe your digital correspondence should have the same luxurious look and feel as a letterpress invitation, and they carry a wide assortment of digital envelopes and envelope liners to complete the package.

You’ll recognize some of the designs in my collection, but many are brand new! You can see some of them here and some holiday designs here. (All of the text is customizable, so if you’re planning an engagement party, say, just switch up the text to accommodate, and send your invites for less than the cost of a stamp.) More will be launching in the coming weeks and months, so stay tuned!

If this is your first introduction to Paperless Post, there’s a really great article about them (and the twenty-something brother/sister owners!) on the NY Times site.

in the studio: everyday note card collection is launched!

September 26th, 2011 · 13 Comments

Happy day! The brand new, everyday Hello Tenfold collection is live!

I originally thought Hello Tenfold would begin with an everyday collection, but I quickly fell in love with wedding invitation design. So today is a big “finally!” for me. The note card designs were inspired by doodles turned into patterns, vintage ephemera, and patterns found in nature. Each design is available as a boxed set or individual card, and with the exception of the “geo” cards which launched last week, all are screen printed on luxurious cotton paper. (The Geo cards are printed on pale pink or soft white recycled paper.)

You can get free shipping for the next week with the code EVERYDAY.

Hooray!

I visited design studio Poly because of the beautiful Zoo project found on Design Work Life, and was intrigued by these shapes, which were part of a logo exploration for Celine Kim.
