ad space giveaway!

We’ve never tried this before, but I thought it would be a fun thing to do for the holidays—an ad space giveaway! The winner’s ad will appear in the right-hand sidebar for the months of November and December, and current advertisers are welcome to enter (for a refund on pre-paid ad space). The winner will be randomly chosen from the eligible entrants and will be announced on Tuesday. This is a quick giveaway with an entry deadline of Monday night, midnight EST.

To enter, leave a comment on this post telling me about your blog or shop (be sure to leave a link to your blog or shop in the url space of the comment form). To be entered into the giveaway twice, just tweet about it and leave a second comment with a link to your tweet.

A note about the comment form: some giveaway comments are being marked as spam. Not to worry; I’ll go through the spam folder and approve your comment before ending the giveaway on Monday!

Good luck!

—Ellie

What a great idea Ellie! We’d love to be sitting alongside all your lovely sponsors. Our shop is full of whimsical illustrations that have little stories just like a one page picture book. Pop by our blog and say hello!

Hello! I recently created Jojotastic as a place to showcase a massive variety of inspiration — from runway-fresh fashion, to the latest in home design, to highly-edible comfort food recipes, with the occasional cat photo à la Instagram thrown into the mix.

This is an amazing giveaway! I make all sorts of things, but sell mostly just jewelry. My shop is empty at the moment, but I will be filling it with a whole bunch of new designs just in time for the holiday season.

we are friends and both first time moms who would dream over coffee of no longer having “normal” jobs and living out our passions. we wanted each of our kids to grow up seeing the world as their blank canvas; to create, to explore, to dream up and to inspire. we knew it had to start with ourselves.

in 2011 we started making and designing accessories and baby items. inspired by design, art and vintage pieces we strive to inspire originality in everyday life.

I’m just getting off the ground with a retail line at shop.alfies-studio.com after years of working client side creating wedding invitations and social stationery. I’ll still do custom work too but at the moment I’m excited to be creating for a wider audience because what I really love doing is giving people things that make them happy and creating things that are for keeps. I ditched my old portfolio based site for a blog (alfies-studio.com) that showcases me as well as my work because we are a package.
You’ve always been quite an inspiration Ellie add to that I have studio envy too…

Oh this would make my year! I have been blogging since 2009. First about my wedding plans but now I blog about our budget life in our 1870’s era Ohio home. I grew up in Oregon and went to design school before marrying my high school sweetheart a few years ago. I love to share and discus design, decor, style and food. I also have a photo shop where I sell art prints, photo iphone cases, totes, tees and more.

Yey! This is an awesome idea!! I’m the designer/owner of BIKO, a Toronto-based ‘modern nostalgic’ jewelry brand and e-store. Biko marries vintage inspiration with metals, hand-cast charms and raw stones to create versatile, edgy, ‘not-so-girly’ pieces. Visit http://www.ilovebiko.com =)

Cool idea! I just launched my shop this week. I left my art director position at an ad agency in March to start my own creative business (a dream of mine!). My first product is an illustrated travel journal for girls that encourages adventure, family connection and creativity.

What an amazing giveaway! My shop, The Honey Press, is an online space founded on the principle that a lot can be created from very little. I make hand screen-printed handkerchiefs I affectionately refer to as ‘Sneezy Sheets.’ I love creating and I especially love hankies because they are kind to the environment and an old-fashioned elegance. http://www.thehoneypress.etsy.com Thank you for the opportunity!

I’m a graphic designer in Seattle, and my blog, Balue/Co., is a place I share my daily inspirations, favorite beauty products, DIY projects, food recipes, and a series called the Work/Spaces Project where I feature other artists and designer’s workspaces to get a glimpse into their creative process. I also use my blog as a platform to market my jewelry and paper goods shop of the same name which I am launching for Jan 2013. I am looking to up my advertising in the new year, and when I saw this I knew it was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up! Thank you for the generous offer!

I would love lovelovelove to be chosen to have an advertisement for the holiday season! After being down for the summer from hip surgery, I started developing my website, and working with digital illustrations. Although I have been doing art for years, I am just started a product line of paper products featuring my illustrations I launched this fall. Having ad space would really help me get some momentum!
