Pinned it/Made it: Sweet Potato Chili

I catch myself saying “I swear I’ll never…” all the time. But irony always seems to prevail. And everything I swear I’ll never do, I end up doing. Like making a vegetarian chili and falling madly in love. Cookie and Kate‘s recipe made me a believer. For the record, I swear I’ll never become a vegetarian. I swear. 

While I’m living in denial, I might as well try her butternut squash chili too. For good measure.
