checking in: rio de janeiro
When my husband and I went to Paris last Spring, we stayed in a place we found on airbnb, which turned out to be absolutely perfect. It was a good size, we had our own bathroom and kitchen, we were in a less touristy part of town (but very close to the metro). Oh, and it was way cheaper than a hotel. It was our first airbnb experience and needless to say, we’re fans. So I was intrigued when they announced “Neighborhoods” this week and headed over to check it out. Even though there are no vacations in our near future.
Rio de Janeiro sounds fun, and once I clicked there I chose the type of neighborhood I was interested in (historic, of course!) and from there found Cosme Velho. It’s beautiful, right? From there you can check out places to stay within the neighborhood, which is how I found this gem.
At $80/night, you can’t go wrong. Book it right here.
