It’s that time of year where I usually whip up a loaf of Irish Soda Bread, full of currants I’ve been harboring for months. Every year though, I promise myself I’m going to branch out. Make something new. Something equally as Irish. We’ll see if I actually get around to it this year. Somehow this holiday always sneaks up on me. But if I do, I’m trying Leah’s, of Freutcake, Irish Cream Cupcakes or Imen’s, of Farmette, Irish Cream Pavlova. Beauties!
